KAY SO. I’ve decided to post a photo of my bod for the moment (May 23, 2013). This is basically where my body has stopped, even though I practice ashtanga yoga regularly, eat healthy, and run (or flail, whatever). So, I’ve added a couple more fun workouts! Pole dance/fitness 3x/week, and swimming 3x/week.

I’m pretty excited to see my progress at the end of summer. Hopefully pole fitness will work my arms, and swimming will help out with my cardio. Weeeeooo new workoutsss.

I’m finally starting to be able to do pincha without using the wall! All I had to do was move to Russia, apparently… It only happens every third or fourth try, but still! Progress feels so good!

Ryan Leier, the terrifying yoga lion. Seriously though, this guy was such a treat, a beautiful and genuine soul. I’m totally inspired by him. Not complaining about all the individual attention during class, either :D

This is what happens when you meditate outside in the snow/rain! Jk, a nice store owner let us do it in their shop, so the meditation itself was really nice and warm, but the walk back to my car sucked! Good event overall though, definitely going to the one on the 15th.
